An Unfinished tail!

It is written that “From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent are taking it by force (11:12).” Everyday we’re confronted with our own spiritual wars. We know that to attain eternal life in the kingdom of heaven is to preserve our soul free from corruption and free to make way for the Divine Providence. The war in heaven will be conquered by Truth and it leads to eternity. The teachings of Jesus are my guide.

Jesus said that “unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me (18:3).” But it's more than that because that child needs to form a bright part of the overall luminance. Thus Jesus says “your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly father (5:16).” In times of apostasy, we can’t expect to be recognized for our righteous deed. Nor will it be necessary, for our energy will radiate into our place of refugee. We must know that evil fights to extinguish good by turning light into darkness. “The lamp of the body is the eye. If your eye is sound, your whole body will be filled with light; but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be in darkness. And if the light in you is darkness, how great will the darkness be (6:22).” Keep your thoughts clear!

From the book of revelation we know that the coming apostasy will lead to deception, we will be disconnected from God as superior creatures in the most disgusting way possible. It’s never been more important to accept Satan’s division and pick up our swords as individuals against his forces knowing that God will reunite us in Heaven. “I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter into the kingdom of heaven (5:20).” Satan wants do-overs without first apologizing for his mistakes. That’s how he became a beast. We as God believing people own up to our mistakes and refrain from using others to our advantage. This is righteousness.

The greatest way to demonstrate righteousness is to forgive others. “Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come (12:30).

Thus, we’re to forgive and be free from penance of sin. Satan wants do-overs without first apologizing for his mistakes - it hasn’t even admitted it’s mistakes. That’s how he became a beast and now this beast is spreading his disease to avoid future responsibility. Thus, it is written to “settle with your opponent quickly while on the way to court with him. Otherwise your opponent will hand you over to the judge, and the judge will hand you over to the guard, and you will be thrown into prison. Amen, I say to you, you will not be released until you have paid the last penny (5:25).”

My catholic faith encourages active participation in judging right from wrong with every decision guiding my actions. My job is to choose what’s pleasing in the eyes of God and when I make a decision I let my “yes mean yes and my no mean no. Anything more is from the evil one (5:37).” Be unequivocal but never let your guard down, “love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your heavenly Father, for he makes his sun rise on the bad and the good, and causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust (5:44).”
